Returns & Exchanges

All "sale" items purchased online are final sale

Online Purchases

Lynnina wants you to be fully satisfied with your online purchase. We will gladly replace, exchange, or refund your online purchase, other than items designated as "on sale," within 30 days as long as the items have all tags attached and hygienic liner intact. Please wear an undergarment when trying on Lynnina boardshorts for the first time.  Credits will be issued based on original payment method, excluding shipping charges.

To return items purchased online, simply send your items along with your return receipt and a brief explanation to the address listed below. It is recommended that you request a tracking number and delivery confirmation from your shipping provider to ensure the proper delivery of your return. We cannot issue refunds for lost and unconfirmed return shipments. All items sent must have prepaid freight. Lynnina will not accept freight collect packages. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Order Processing

New orders are processed Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm PST except for major holidays. New orders are typically fulfilled within 2-3 business days unless an item is backordered. Items listed as pre-order or backordered will be shipped as soon as available. Occasionally, due to popular demand, an item designated as in stock may in fact be out of stock at the time that you place your order. In such instances, we will notify you and will ship your order as soon as the item is available.

We accept the following credit cards:

When ordering by mail, you may also pay by money order. Please do not send cash. All funds must be in US Dollars.

We collect sales tax on all orders where required

Cancellations

Lynnina wants you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you would like to cancel your order, you may do so up until the items have shipped. We're sorry that we cannot accept cancellations for items after they have shipped. Please refer to our return policy.
